CaliFirst Remodel is a family-owned, licensed California design-build remodeler headquartered in Sherman Oaks. We specialize in kitchen remodels, whole-home renovations, ADU construction, and room additions across 238 cities in Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. For standalone bathroom projects, our sister company Eaze Development focuses exclusively on bathrooms.
We started CaliFirst because too many homeowners come to us after a different contractor disappeared mid-project, blew the budget on change orders, or skipped permits and left them holding the bag at sale. We don't do any of that.
Every CaliFirst project starts with the Fixed-Scope Remodel Plan — a written document covering rooms, materials, schedule, and total price. You approve every line before construction begins. We pull every permit. We don't change orders unless you ask. We finish on schedule.
