Use of this site
This website provides general information about CaliFirst Remodel services and allows homeowners to request consultations. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or abusive information, or attempt to access systems that are not intended for public use.
No construction contract from site use
Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or using this website does not create a construction contract, contractor-client relationship, fixed price, schedule commitment, or warranty. Any project scope, pricing, warranty, timeline, and payment terms must be documented in a separate written agreement.
Estimates and project information
Website content, example timelines, project descriptions, cost ranges, and service descriptions are informational only. Actual feasibility, permits, engineering, materials, lead times, inspections, pricing, and schedules vary by property, jurisdiction, scope, and market conditions.
Licensing
CaliFirst Remodel is a California design-build remodeler operating under CSLB #1105991. You should verify any contractor license, insurance, and project agreement before authorizing construction work.

Referral reward terms
Under referral policy version 2026-08-25, an eligible referrer may choose one of three rewards: a $500 gift card, a PS5 Pro, or a 75-inch Samsung UHD 4K TV.
Each referred household can generate one reward, even if CaliFirst Remodel performs more than one job for that household. A referring household may earn up to 12 eligible rewards per calendar year.
A reward is earned when the referred customer signs a written agreement with CaliFirst Remodel for a job that goes ahead. Reward approval remains on hold for 10 calendar days after signing while the rescission and cancellation window passes. If the agreement is canceled during that window, the reward is not issued.
