A written Fixed-Scope Remodel Plan: every room, every material, every milestone, total price. You read it. You approve it. We don't pour a foundation or pull a tile until you sign.

Permit.
We pull every required permit through your city's building department — Title 24, electrical, plumbing, structural. Inspections are on our calendar, not yours.

Build.
Licensed crew, dust containment, weekly Friday progress updates. Single point of contact from demo day through punch list. No mystery sub-contractors.

Reveal.
Final walkthrough together. We hand you the 10-year workmanship warranty in writing. Every detail right. Every promise kept.
